Volunteer Clearance Information

HR is implementing a new volunteer tracking system. The volunteers in the old system will not be transferred into the new system, so parents need to create a new account in the Raptor Program.

Please create an account and upload your clearance paperwork into the Raptor Program.

· Click Raptor Volunteer Safe to register and create an account. NOTE: Each household member interested in volunteering must create an individual Raptor account.

· All communication about your account status will be sent to the email address on file in Raptor.

Sign-up is required for both new and returning volunteers.

Clearances expire five years after approval, so please check your CBSD Volunteer card to make sure yours are still current.

Clearances are required for parents chaperoning field trips, volunteering for classroom parties, and supporting other classroom and school events.
